Our fish is cut to your specific needs. The fish is then packed on ice and shipped via fed-ex or overnight airline carrier to guarantee next day delivery. What this means is superior fresh seafood from our shores to your kitchen door in less than 24 hours.

In today's seafood industry, larger "long trip" boats harvest a majority of the fish bought to the market. Most of these boats fish South American countries such as Ecuador, Costa Rica and Mexico. Even though they catch some of the same species, their average time out to
sea is seven to ten days. So just because the fish is right off the boat, it does not necessarily mean it is the freshest available.

caught by small independent fisherman who are out to sea for one to two days at most. Almost all their catch is caught by hook and line, one fish at a time, so much more care is given. In turn, their catch is much smaller and harder to procure. That's what makes what we do at Florida's Finest more special.

Once caught, our seafood is inspected by our highly qualified and diligent staff to ensure that only the best and brightest fish is used, meeting the highest sushi criteria. The fish is then brought directly to our federally inspected processing room to meet the needs of the most selective chefs. Quality is the end result, we guarantee it.
